Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years multi-domain HR experience (recruitment expertise essential); global team support preferred. Fluent English (working proficiency); strong self-motivation with proven team leadership abilities. Full-spectrum HR expertise with strengths in recruitment, performance management, and retention.
