We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven HR Generalist to support HR operations across Lion Rock Group’s Hong Kong office and subsidiaries. If you’re strong in C&B, confident in ER, and enjoy being a trusted partner to managers and employees — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Drive C&B processes — payroll inputs, benefits admin, annual review support
Support employee relations — policy guidance, grievances, performance discussions
Manage end‑to‑end HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, contracts, offboarding
Partner across business units to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices
Contribute to HR process improvements and system enhancements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
3–5 years of HR generalist experience
Strong HK Employment Ordinance knowledge
Solid C&B and ER experience
Great communication, integrity and judgement
HRIS and MS Office proficiency
Experience in multi‑entity or printing/manufacturing environments = a plus
