Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you’ll make a meaningful difference in a leading organisation. What You'll Do Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs and group strategies. Act as a trusted advisor, providing generalist HR support to all departments. Lead recruitment initiatives to meet manpower needs and onboard top talent. Benchmark compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness. Design and deliver impactful learning and development programmes. Maintain a robust HR Information System for data-driven decision-making. Advise on labour market trends and regulatory updates in Hong Kong and China. Foster positive employee relations and handle grievances with care. Manage HR projects and initiatives with efficiency and agility. What We’re Looking For6–8 years of HR experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a multinational organisation. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline with expertise in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development. Strong knowledge of HK and China labour laws and market dynamics. A consultative approach with excellent communication and influencing skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
