Responsibilities: Handle all kinds of Hong Kong in-bound visa applications; Analyze the application background and advise the clients for the strategy and approach to the application; Coordinate with the clients for the required documents preparation; Communicate with Hong Kong Immigration Department for the application progress; Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned; and Support the team administration upon request.
Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in any discipline;2 years' relevant experience in Immigration/Relocation services/Human Resources is an advantage; Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) is a must; Must be a good team player, mature, multi-tasking, client-oriented, well-organized, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility; Strong in Chinese word processing and using MS Office applications, e.g.
Word, Excel and Power Point; Immediate availability is highly considered.
