Client Description Job Description Responsible for monitoring and responding to user tickets raised through ITSM tools Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support Develop scripts and work with the team to automate repeatable manual tasks Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues Avaloq Core application development Problem investigation and solving Testing support Documentation for SOP, User Manual, Training documentation, Trouble shooting document etc. Job Requirements1+ years working experience Hands-on experience on Avaloq Banking domain knowledge is preferred Understand ITIL framework Hands-on experience on Java Good understanding of Linux/Unix and RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, and My SQLSelf-driven, result-oriented
