This person will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights to drive business performance and user requirements. Responsibilities Collect, cleanse, and wrangle data from multiple internal production/logistic systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform in-depth data analysis and visualization, producing clear and insightful reports and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders. Communicate with various BUs and collaborate with the data engineering team to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Continuously monitor data quality and propose improvements to processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience working with data analysis and visualization, preferably in global Supply Chain, Logistic, or Sourcing industries. Strong understanding of data cleansing and manipulation techniques. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner. Experience with B2 B data analysis is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.
