Determine quality control standards & oversee the production process. Prepare event documentation such as bibles, applications, schedules & risk assessments. Onsite event management from move-in to move-out. Job Requirements Min. 5 years of relevant experience in managing sizeable corporate events. Strong knowledge of AV & lighting systems. Excellent organizational & time management skills & able to meet tight deadlines. Detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude. Excellent command of English & Chinese. Proficient in MS Office Suite; AI & Photoshop, Auto CAD is a plus.
