Responsibilties: Ensure the stable and effective operation of all systems to meet service level agreements Lead the implementation of technical projects to fulfill business requirements Oversee project activities from requirements gathering to deployment and transition to ongoing support Prepare RFPs and RFQs, and plan for project handover to ongoing operations Provide problem ownership and escalation, as well as second-tier end-user support Perform other duties as assigned by management About you: Educational Qualifications: Diploma or higher, preferably in an IT-related field.
Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Applicants with less experience may be considered for a Senior Infrastructure Specialist role.
Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containers, Open Shift, and Kubernetes would be advantageous.
Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, PMP, and ITIL certifications are considered beneficial.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
