Salary: Full Package Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their Change Management Department as a Test Lead. Key Responsibilities: Lead and effectively manage the testing team in a leadership capacity. Supervise a diverse group of testers located in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India. Assess how the testing teams integrate within the organization and strategize to meet project and organizational roadmaps. Calculate the effort needed for testing by estimating the size of the release and planning accordingly. Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and non-functional testing. Create and maintain testing-related documentation, including test plans and results. Qualifications: Experience in both manual and automated software testing, with a strong emphasis on utilizing tools for automation. Proficiency in at least one mandatory testing tool, such as Python or Java. Preferred knowledge of additional testing tools: TOSCA, JMeter, JUnit, Postman, and Karma. Background in drafting test plans and creating test scripts.
