Provide onsite and remote IT support for end-user devices, applications, and workplace infrastructure. Ensure smooth IT operations by resolving incidents, managing assets, and supporting user lifecycle activities in collaboration with global support teams. Responsibilities Deliver technical support for Windows, mac OS, Linux, i OS, and Android devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; coordinate with vendors for repairs Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and recovery Track and maintain IT assets, inventory, and compliance Execute hardware refresh and procurement activities Handle incidents and service requests in line with SLAs Perform basic networking and desktop support tasks Contribute to user training and continuous service improvement Requirements Minimum 3 years of IT support experience Strong knowledge of Windows/mac OS (Linux is a plus)Familiarity with ITSM tools and enterprise environments Basic networking knowledge and hardware troubleshooting skills Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
