Responsibilities Key Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with customer needs. Operational Oversight: Lead the operational team responsible for the end-to-end sea freight consolidation process, conducting analyses for volume forecasts and sailing plans. Daily Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and high service quality levels. Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers through meetings, conference calls, and presentations to better understand their requirements, build trust, and ensure a unified approach to account management. Tailored Solutions Development: Understand customer requirements to design customized solutions and implement strategic business development plans that leverage the company's offerings. Project Leadership: Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, implementations, and the development of products and systems. Requirements A degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred; extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Significant and solid experience in Seafreight export operations, with strong management experience in leading a team, particularly in the Far East to Oceanic regions. Mandatory experience in managing global-scale key accounts. Solid experience in carrier procurement, with the ability to address and resolve daily space and equipment issues with carriers. Proficient in various MS Office applications, including Excel and Power Point. Strong execution skills with a proven performance track record. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Capable of working under pressure while managing demanding timelines and workloads.
