What You Will Be Doing: Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. Generating and sending quotations to customers. Conducting after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team to support pricing and customer follow-up activities. Working closely with the sales team to derive and design logistics solutions for customers. Coordinating with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with quality systems. Providing regular reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sciences, or related disciplines. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or pharma logistics. Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset. Ability to understand key operational processes and risk management concepts. Willingness to participate in ongoing training on compliance and product knowledge.
