Role & Responsibilities : To assist sales team in design, specification and system integration Manage and handle sub-contractor in installation and maintenance electronic access & data Test & commissioning of electronic access control system Collecting the problem during the installation and service, analyses and solve them Communicate with the engineers to discuss the technical problem and share the experience each other Maintain customer relationship and increase the service income Master the products including installation, commissioning, trouble shooting and application Requirements: Associate degree or above in electronic engineering/electrical engineering or computer engineering At least 3 years of work experience in technical support related to electronic access control systems, familiar with the design, specifications, installation and troubleshooting of related products.
