Quality Assurance Manager (Ref: CC/ERM/QAM)Posted on 10/02/25 17:32 Full Time Hong Kong SARResponsibilities: Lead the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of the software products Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers Implement and refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality standards Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications Document, track, and prioritize defects, issues, and enhancement requests using a bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolution Verify fixes and ensure that identified issues have been resolved satisfactorily, maintaining high standards of quality assurance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in software quality assurance Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to mentor and guide team members Experience in leading QA teams and managing testing projects with Agile methodologies Proficient in creating and overseeing the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage Familiarity with web and mobile application testing, ensuring quality standards across different platforms Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin As a caring company, staff development is one of our top priorities.
