Client Description A leading creative event agency with business across APAC region Job Description Liaise with internal & external parties regarding budget, timeframes & project requirements Determine quality control standard & oversee production process Prepare event documentations such as bibles, applications, schedules & risk assessments, etc. Onsite event management from move-in to move-out Job Requirements 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in managing sizeable events Strong knowledge of AV & lighting systems Excellent organizational & time management skills & able to meet tight deadline Detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude Excellent command in English & Chinese Proficient in MS Office Suite, AI & Photoshop, Auto CAD is a plus
