Client Description A leading creative event agency with business across APAC region. Job Description Liaise with internal & external parties regarding budget, timeframes & project requirements. Determine quality control standards & oversee production process. Prepare event documentation such as bibles, applications, schedules & risk assessments. Onsite event management from move-in to move-out. Job Requirements6 - 8 years of relevant experience in managing sizeable events. Strong knowledge of AV & lighting systems. Excellent organizational & time management skills & able to meet tight deadlines. Detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude. Excellent command of English & Chinese. Proficient in MS Office Suite; AI & Photoshop; Auto CAD is a plus.
