Responsibilities Participate in M365 CRM projects and data analytics.
Manage various system applications Responsible for system design and technical analysis Manage multiple projects and work with other teams for system integration Work closely with vendors and internal users to consolidate requirements and deliverables Assist to review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations Interpreting data and analyze results using statistical techniques like BI tools Conduct UAT and training before system go-live Requirements Bachelor degree holder Minimum of 8 years experience in system design, development, testing and release - in MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems.
Sound knowledge of MS Dynamics CE platform and have implemented a min.
of 2 first party apps Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Share Point Online, Power Platform, Azure system design, development and API integration is highly preferred Knowledge in C#, RPA , Open AI and Power BI is highly preferred Excellent stakholder management skills Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
