Occasionally visit sites to address technical support issues. Assist customer support teams by offering technical phone support for relevant products. Maintain communication with the customer support team and provide updates on customer information. Identify and report any product performance deficiencies or documentation issues to relevant personnel. Assist with product validation testing when needed. Job Requirements Background in Electrical Engineering. Professional and courteous representation through various communication channels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. Analytical and inquisitive mindset for effective troubleshooting.
