Job Responsibilities
Main responsibilities: Proactively and effectively service institutional clients (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, specialized funds/corporate clients);
Main drive: Deepen existing client relationships by providing dedicated services, proactively seeking business goals realization opportunities, effectively using resources to achieve competitive outcome;
Risk & Compliance: Assist in the development of internal controls; ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, including KYC and account opening procedures.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional Equity Sales;
Network: Proven track record of managing institutional accounts, with an established network of institutional clients, project work experience;
Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, motivated, organized and business mindset oriented;
Language: Native/Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
