Job Responsibilities: Achieve the annual revenue targets set by the team and drive sustained business growth.
Actively expand institutional clients, including but not limited to listed companies, corporate clients, financial institutions (banks, insurance firms, securities brokers, asset managers, etc.), and family offices.
Maintain existing client relationships, provide professional and efficient customer service, and enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.
Thoroughly explore client needs and offer diversified asset service solutions, such as funds, bonds, and structured products.
Monitor market trends and promptly communicate investment recommendations and product information.
Qualifications: Full-time bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales, with extensive institutional client resources and strong client development and retention capabilities.
Familiarity with financial markets and related businesses, with expertise in diversified asset allocation, including funds, bonds, and structured products.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, market acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
