Building on this strong local foundation, we are now looking for exceptional people to lead the growth of our business in Hong Kong.
To contribute to the development of the Business's longer-term growth and development strategy by leading the identification, pursuit and winning of new business opportunities.
Key accountabilities: Support development of business development strategies and win plans that will achieve short, medium and long-term profitable growth targets Identify potential new opportunities Manage tender response processes, from strategy and solution development to delivery and contract negotiation Work closely with leadership and other stakeholders to support solution development Remain current on understanding of the Hong Kong outsourcing market to ensure the business is competitively positioned to secure emerging opportunities Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant corporate governance Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of relevant experience; Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills, with proven ability to work effectively under pressure; Self-motivated, result-oriented, with strong execution capability, customer service skills and problem solving skills; Highly proficient in MS office applications (Word/Excel/Power Point); Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)We offer attractive remuneration package including discretionary bonus, medical insurance and excellent development opportunities to the right candidate.
