Responsibilities
To provide premium customer and counter services at all time.
To process patient registration, budget estimation, payment and follow up with relevant documents.
To coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and customers.
To handle telephone and billing enquiries and other patient services related duties.
To perform other related duties as assigned.
24 H Shift duties may be required.
Requirements
F. 7 / HKDSE graduate or above.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese and English Word Processing.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
Prior experience in Airline, Hotel or Insurance Company is definitely an advantage.
Salary: Hong Kong SAR HK$16,000.00-HK$19,999.00
