Duties & Requirements: Prepare preliminary design concepts that are functional Strong Design sensibility, collaborate with design director and team to deliver of Residential, Hospitality, Commercial and Workplace Projects Develop strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and Ability to think independently, knowledge on all stages of Interior Design projects from concept through to completion Lead, monitor and mentor junior team members within the design team Coordinate with client and consultants Experience in Design Documentation from design package and technical drawings for ID projects Understand the project process, specification and documentation of furniture, furnishings, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product description Ability to work within a well- integrated team of creative people Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
