Recruit Ref: L Posting Date: via architecture limited INTERIOR DESIGNER / FF&E DESIGNERWe are looking for passionate and highly motivated designers to join us.
You will be working alongside our multi-disciplinary team of architects and designers, on a variety of project types.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer / Senior FF&E Designer.
Qualifications Degree / Diploma holder in Interior Design, Art or a related field from accredited institutes Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience, in design and management of private residential / large-scale residential / hospitality / commercial projects, including standard provisions, public areas and clubhouse Responsibilities / Skills Candidates are expected to be creative with practical sense; self-motivated, team players; collaborate well with our team, clients, consultants, suppliers and builders; fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese / Chinese; punctual with good self-discipline.
For Interior Designers, candidates are expected to handle projects independently, from design to fitting out stages, including meetings and site / factory visits, for timely and quality design and project execution.
For FF&E Designers, candidates are expected to have strong sensibility to aesthetic areas such as graphic, art and decoration; able to prepare design presentations, material boards and FF&E selection from concept generation, schematic designs to installation; management of material library; capable of preparing material and furniture specifications and reviewing relevant material, shop drawing submissions and mock ups.
Proficiencies in Auto CAD, Sketchup (with Enscape), Photoshop, Power Point, and other basic software (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) are a must.
