Job Description
Location: Hong Kong
Reports to: Financial Controller, HK
Support daily finance function including but not limited to monthly reporting cycle, planning and budgeting, statutory compliance (Tax Audit, and Treasury).
Responsibilities
Assist the superior to prepare reports for tax filing and audit
Assist in reconciling financial transactions, including general ledger entries
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including journal entries, accruals and variance analysis
Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and reports Support ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements
University students majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Self‑motivated, willing to learn and accept challenges with positive attitude
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
