Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of all assigned projects to agreed timeline, quality and cost. Explain the root cause(s) and advise if any mitigation plan in place provided that the assigned projects cannot achieve on time in full and within approved budget.
Champion the process and associated system across functions, driving best practice, ensuring full audit compliance.
Drive constant improvement in the performance of process via engagement with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to resolve project issues and secure support necessary to assure delivery of all the assigned projects with the right level of visibility to facilitate informed decision making.
Ensure lessons learned from projects are identified, shared with the relevant stakeholders and forums with improvement plans developed.
Key contact link with internal and external stakeholders for all projects, product quality related matters and best practice product requirements and product disclosure activities.
Support in ensuring that quality requirements, acceptance criteria and related performance specifications are established.
Serves as a supporting role to the manager.
Assist in planning and executing tasks assigned by manager to meet organizational goals.
Require to work on demand outside non official working hours to maintain smooth operations.
Manage the risks and resolve all the operational issues.
Work with peers to ensure a joined-up approach at all levels and with any required external stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree holder with 4 years of working experience in FMCG company
Good organizational and project management skills with inherent discipline in documentation management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability
Ability to deliver results under tight and challenging timelines
Flexibility to adjust working style in and ever-changing business environment
Independent and take ownership and leadership of tasks whilst displaying a skill set for troubleshooting and issue resolution
Good command of English, Chinese
