Investor Relations - International Private Equity Fund Company Overview: Our client is a leading international private equity fund and they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Investor Relations, Vice President to join their team and drive strategic engagement with investors.
Responsibility: Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective LPs.
Manage fundraising processes, including preparation of marketing materials, due diligence responses, and investor presentations.
Serve as a key point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on fund performance and strategy.
Coordinate and lead investor meetings, annual general meetings, and roadshows across global markets.
Collaborate with internal teams (investment, finance, and operations) to ensure accurate and consistent messaging to stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform IR strategies and enhance market positioning.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; MBA or CFA preferred.10+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or client relationship management within private equity, alternative investments, or asset management.
Proven track record of managing institutional investor relationships and successful fundraising campaigns.
Strong understanding of private equity structures, fund economics, and capital markets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory.
