Monitor and respond promptly to incoming requests related to IT issues. Troubleshoot users' issues both remotely and onsite. Responsible for PCs, printers, servers, mobile devices, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.). Maintain user PCs, including necessary upgrades and configurations. Assist with onboarding of new users. Maintain an inventory of all equipment, software, and user licenses. Install, configure, and upgrade PC software. Manage meeting rooms' conference systems. Willing to work on weekends/public holidays (occasionally). Requirements Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Proficiency in English and Mandarin Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology
