Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst (Post‑Sales Support) to provide technical support and solution delivery to customers after project deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling support cases, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge, customer‑facing skills, and the ability to resolve complex post‑implementation issues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Post‑Sales Technical Support: Provide implementation, deployment services and infrastructure solutions delivered to customers, including servers, storage, virtualization, network, and cloud systems. To carry out implementation and deployment services for Server, VM to Cloud infrastructure within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
Customer Communication & Case Management: Manage support tickets, maintain clear communication with customers, and ensure SLA compliance and service quality
System Maintenance & Preventive Services: Conduct health checks, system reviews, patching, and preventive maintenance for customer environments
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Prepare technical reports, update documentation, and contribute to knowledge base materials for continuous service improvement
Who We’re Looking For
Relevant IT Infrastructure Support Experience: 2–5+ years in post‑sales technical support, system administration, or infrastructure engineering in an enterprise or IT vendor environment
Strong Technical Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper‑V, storage systems, network fundamentals, and backup/DR solutions
Customer‑Facing Communication Skills: Proven experience in managing high-priority customer escalation and preserving customer satisfaction
Certifications Preferred: Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are advantageous
Problem‑Solving & Team Collaboration: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
Securities Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
