Fast-growing firm providing healthier living to consumers globally Job Description • System development projects such as E-Commerce, Mobile Apps and project management• Maintain and enhance ERP/CRM System• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to define system requirements• Work with the technical team and vendors for system implementation or enhancement (e.g. website, security, networks, communication systems, server platforms and application)• Perform system health checking, monitoring and testing• Provide user guide, training and support to production system• Monitor company user accounts Job Requirements • University graduate with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in ERP/CRM system implementation, integration and system support, or business/operation transformation• Responsible, self-initiative, good team work and excellent communication skills• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua• Conversant with MS Word, Excel• Experience in MLM / Direct Selling will be an advantage
