Our client is a professional services firm and they are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee their organization's IT infrastructure and ensure its efficiency and security.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network administration, software management, and general IT support.

This role includes managing NAS permissions, VPN accounts, general office automation issues, and maintaining various IT systems.

Key Responsibilities NAS Permission Management: Grant and delete permissions for NAS systems to ensure secure data access and storage.

VPN Account Management: Create and delete VPN accounts, ensuring secure remote access for employees.

Office Automation Support: Provide general support for office automation issues, assisting staff with troubleshooting and resolving minor technical problems.

System Maintenance: Conduct regular updates and maintenance on firewall, NAS, and email server software to ensure optimal performance and security.

Network Configuration: Manage and configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks, and access point settings to maintain a robust network infrastructure.

Software System Management: Oversee and update software systems including door access control, accounting, HR, and printing servers, ensuring they are secure and functioning effectively.

Qualifications Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of network protocols and security measures.

Proficient in NAS systems, VPN technologies, and office automation tools.

Experience with firewall configurations and network hardware.

Familiarity with software management and maintenance for various business applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
