Listed company and famous retail brands owner and operator Job Description • Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance• Provide IT infrastructure support• Negotiate and work with vendors on resolving system and network issues• Prepare workflow documents• Participate in budget planning, forecast and monitoring• Other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor and business needs Job Requirements • Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines• Minimum 5-years relevant experience in retails system support (POS, ERP)• Experience in Retail, FMCG industry and MNC would be an advantage• Good command in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin• Can work independently• Immediately available is highly preferred
