Our client, a foreign organization, is currently looking for an IT Specialist to support and oversee the internal system and infrastructure.

Key Contributions: Collaborate with the IT Service Desk team to facilitate user account creation processes.

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructures including servers, VM Machine and peripheral equipment including printers Provide Tier 3 support on Windows environment, Exchange Server, Hyper-V infrastructure and Microsoft 365 Manage digital office application technologies (zoom/teams platform, video conference system and more) Work closely with internal & external stakeholders in providing daily support and advice to end-user Optimize server and SAN performance and utilization data, leveraging insights to enhance infrastructure integrity and efficiency.

Participate in architecture reviews to ensure that solutions comply with standards, policies and corporate approved technologies Core Expectations: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system administration and engineering Hands on experience and strong knowledge on latest Microsoft technologies and Apple technologies management.
