Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;
Monitor and maintain servers and network;
Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner;
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Graduate or related discipline in Information Technology or equivalent;
At least 1 year’s working experience in a technical support role;
Knowledge in supporting PCs/LAN/WAN, systems and applications;
Knowledge of basic networking – (Configure IP, Gateway);
Good communication skills, hard‑working and can work independently;
