Role responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize trading platform components.

Contribute to core libraries, system architecture, and technical design reviews.

Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Collaborate with global teams on Agile/Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, automation).

Ensure high-quality code through documentation, testing, and troubleshooting (L3 support as needed).

Required experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and OOP/functional programming.

Prior experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ, pub/sub models).

Knowledge of microservices, caching, and databases (SQL/No SQL).

Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and cloud deployments.

Basic proficiency in Java Script/Type Script (React, Angular, or Node.js is a plus).

Ability to learn complex systems and financial workflows.

Passion for scalable, high-performance platforms.

Nice to have: Prior experience in wealth management, trading systems, or derivatives.

Understanding of financial concepts (trades, orders, allocations, etc.).

Experience migrating monoliths into microservices.
