Responsibilities: Responsible for system upgrades and maintenance, assist in analyzing and solving production failures.
Responsible for system performance optimization and improve system stability.
Participate in project design and development.
Assist in providing training to juniors.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Java development in the fintech industry.
Solid foundation in Java and with good programming logic.
Familiar with open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, My Batis, etc.
Familiar with the development and tuning of relational databases such as My SQL and Postgre SQL.
Familiar with open source technologies such as Kafka, Zookeeper, Netty, Dubbo and Redis.
Hands-on experience in deployment, configuration and tuning of service containers such as Tomcat and Nginx.
Strong sense of responsibility, good at logical and systematical thinking.
Experience in large-scale financial transaction system development is highly preferred.
Energetic, with a can-do attitude and team spirit.
