An international advisory platform operating in private markets is seeking a Junior Analyst to support fundraising and transaction-related activities across alternative asset classes. The role provides exposure to fund managers, institutional investors, and cross‑border deal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on private markets, including fund managers, investors, market trends, and regulatory topics
Support transaction execution through action tracking, investor communications, and due diligence coordination
Maintain and update fundraising materials such as status reports, investor tracking, and meeting schedules
Manage and ensure accuracy of client and investor records within internal systems
Prepare market and portfolio analysis to support benchmarking and capital flow insights
Assist in the preparation of client‑facing materials, including presentations and updates
Coordinate meetings, roadshows, and related logistics
Work collaboratively with teams across multiple regions
