Responsibilities Support market-making for offshore China interest rates products, including NDIRS, CCS and FX swaps Collaborate closely with sales and structurer to grow the bank’s franchise business Research and leverage on new development of the local markets to deliver trading initiatives Monitor risk exposures and ensure trading activities adhere to established requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related technical discipline Ideally with 2 years or above relevant experience in Asia's interest rates trading, preferably with exposure in China market Concrete knowledge in pricing and risking of linear interest rates derivatives products Experience in running a flow book independently is a plus Self-motivated and ability to perform the role under a demanding environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
