Primary Responsibilities: Risk Management System Establishment and Optimization: Design and continuously optimize the risk control framework, policies, and processes in line with the company's business development strategy, ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements and best practices.
Trading Platform Risk Management: Possess at least 2 years of risk management experience in precious metals trading platforms (preferably in MT4/MT5), with a deep understanding of transaction processes, risk points, and potential vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement effective risk control measures.
Upstream Hedging Channel Management: Be proficient in operating and managing upstream hedging channels, including but not limited to cooperation with hedge funds, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships to ensure effective execution of risk hedging strategies.
Customer Risk Management: Possess the ability to address complex risk control issues, directly facing and handling high-risk customers or transactions, including risk assessment, abnormal transaction monitoring, customer communication and explanation, and follow-up actions, ensuring a balance between company interests and customer rights.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to conduct in-depth analysis of transaction data, market trends, and potential risks.
Regularly compile risk reports to provide decision support for management.
Team Leadership and Training: Lead the risk control team, develop training programs, enhance team members' professional skills and risk awareness, and ensure team efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in risk management for trading platforms, with successful cases preferred.
