Lead Consultant (Communications Engineering) - ICClient Description Regional IT services and solutions provider Job Description This role has to support both pre-sales and post-sales. Ideally, the candidate will have both project management and solutions/pre-sales experience in IT solutions integration projects. Assist Project-In-charge to implement, maintain, and support various communication engineering related systems/projects. Manage subcontractors to ensure works are executed in accordance with schedule and contract. Lead continuous improvement and embrace best practices in the industry. Drive high customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations in delivery. Support pre-sales and solutioning activities. Provide technical and domain expertise in the areas of Smart and Safe City & Digital Transformation. Job Requirements Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 3 years in a presales and project management role. Practical experience and knowledge in transportation/law enforcement/airport projects preferred. Experience in Video Analytics, Radar, Location Based Systems, Way-finder, Multimedia, and business development is an advantage. Experience in rolling out projects in a construction environment is preferred. Strong team leading and people management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of users and team members. Initiative, customer-focused, independent, and able to work under pressure. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Holder of ITIL or PMP certification is preferred.
