We're seeking an exceptional Lead Designer to head our in-house design team and take full ownership of all visual and packaging design across our brand portfolio. You'll deliver outstanding packaging design and brand visuals for both our proprietary brands and our customers’ brands. This senior, hands‑on role combines creative leadership with rigorous quality control and cutting‑edge AI capabilities. You'll oversee the entire design process from concept through to production‑ready artwork, ensuring every deliverable is compliant, accurate, and flawlessly executed.
