Lead Generation and Business Development Executive / Consultant About the Role TCMP is seeking a driven and client-focused Lead Generation and Business Development Executive / Consultant to support sales pipeline growth across our IT & AI transformation and resource augmentation services.
The role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients while working closely with the senior business and marketing leadership teams to drive new business opportunities in Hong Kong, China and the wider APAC market.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients and business targets across industries such as finance, technology, telecom, manufacturing, and professional services.
Conduct high-quality research on target organizations to understand business needs and potential engagement areas.
Reach out to prospects through calls, Linked In outreach, events, and email to set up meetings for senior consultants or directors.
Manage and update lead pipelines in CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of all outreach and follow-ups.
Business Development Support Convert early-stage interest into qualified leads ready for handoff to the sales or consulting teams.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within IT, technology consulting, or staffing solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging decision-makers.
Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed activity and conversion targets.
Fluency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous.
