Base pay range Your new company A listed property developer is now looking for a mature Leasing Manager to lead their retail leasing team and manage 5-8 properties. Your new role Manage leasing enquiries, marketing, tenancy negotiation, and tenancy administration Maintain partnerships with key tenants and connect with new potential clients Lead a team in planning and implementing leasing strategies, policies, and guidelines for the assigned retail portfolio Conduct market research and analyze market trends Hold regular meetings with board members and the management team What you'll need to succeed Degree or above with over 8 years of experience in property leasing, preferably with a retail leasing background Familiarity with Landlord & Tenant Ordinance and leasing procedures Proactive attitude and strong business acumen Valid EAA license (Real Estate)Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English What you'll get in return Salary of HK$45,000 - HK$65,000 per month + bonus17 days annual leave + Birthday leave5-day work week What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to send us an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
