Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end leasing activities for the bank's office properties, including renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations.
Negotiate lease terms with landlords and brokers to secure favorable conditions aligned with business needs.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic decisions on space acquisition and disposition.
Collaborate with facilities and finance teams to ensure lease agreements align with operational and budgetary goals.
Assist in tenant screening, lease documentation, and coordination with property management vendors.
Maintain accurate lease records and databases, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
Monitor lease expirations and proactively manage renewals or exit strategies.
Analyze occupancy trends and provide recommendations for space optimization.
Liaise with internal departments to understand space requirements and future growth plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, agents, and legal counsel during lease negotiations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in commercial leasing, experience in residential leasing is a plus Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
