Trans Union is hiring a
Legal Assistant (Part-time)
in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid position with remote and on-site work at a Trans Union office location for a minimum of two days a week.
The Legal, Risk and Compliance team in Trans Union Hong Kong is seeking a legal assistant to support the team’s daily operation.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on data privacy, technology law and other areas relevant to the business
Review existing contracts for special clauses
Assist with reviewing non-disclosure agreements, quotations and contracts, service terms; provide support to the contract management system
Support client/vendor due diligence processes
Carry out ad hoc assignments
Qualifications
Degree in Law or related discipline
Advanced computer skills especially in word processing and data-management tools, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point), Teams, Share Point
Detail oriented, well-organized, energetic and quick learner; able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
Dedicated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in contracts drafting and negotiation is a plus
Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
Work at least 3 days a week

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
