Job Responsibilities Description
Deeply participate in the management of post‑investment projects related to Hong Kong‑listed companies, including asset monitoring, compliance supervision, and value analysis.
Assist in or be responsible for handling legal, compliance, and information disclosure matters related to the managed assets in the Hong Kong capital market, maintaining communication with regulatory bodies, listed companies, and other relevant parties.
Track and research the rules, regulatory trends, and market dynamics of the Hong Kong capital market to support post‑investment management decisions.
Be responsible for or lead the disposal of various assets in existing projects, including but not limited to real estate, land, equity, etc., and formulate and execute asset disposal plans.
Fully responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial contracts and legal documents to ensure they are legally sound, effective, and protect the company’s interests.
Job Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines. A legal background is preferred.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in asset management, investment banking, law firms, or listed companies.
Familiar with the operational rules, regulatory requirements, and information disclosure systems of the Hong Kong capital market.
Practical experience in the disposal of complex assets, such as real estate, equity, or other investment portfolios.
Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to handle professional business and legal documents.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, negotiation and coordination abilities, and a high level of resilience under pressure.
Previous experience in a Hong Kong listed company as a Board Secretary or in the legal function is preferred; an SOE background is highly advantageous.
