We are looking for a Lawyer with strong experience in Investment Funds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for funds related legal matters and handling various legal documents related to asset management. Key Roles & Responsibilities of Legal Counsel, Asset Management Assist the company in handling various legal documents related to asset management, including both equity investment and secondary market investment. Support new product exploration and manage knowledge across the firm’s activities. Collaborate with regional teams and external counsels for seamless legal operations. Conduct research on laws and policies related to asset management in Hong Kong and the wider region. Conduct legal research and analysis on new laws and regulations in connection with the Company's business activities. Support the legal department of the company in other assigned tasks and projects. Qualifications for Legal Counsel, Asset Management Open to candidates from law firm with relevant experience in investment funds. Proficiency in Mandarin is required. Candidates with international working experience would be preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
