Job Duty：  Responsible for drug (especially Chinese medicine) registration Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and commercial contracts for the business portfolio Offer advice, guidance, and support to the business on achieving and maximizing objectives in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Identify legal issues within contracts, documents, and relevant laws and regulations (including listing rules), along with associated legal risks.

Assist in establishing and maintaining legal governance, including policies, procedures, and documentation related to legal matters.

Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external lawyers for specific commercial legal cases.

Provide necessary and appropriate advice, guidance, and support to the business.

Language: Proficient in Cantonese and English , good in Mandarin Profile: Degree holder from reputable law firms Experience in general commercial legal matters gained from inhouse companies are preferred Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills working within a matrix structure Ability to work independently and multitask With experience from pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
