Our client, a listed large-scale and leading telecommunications and integrated information services operator, is urgently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their expanding team. Job Description Provide first-line legal advice and assistance in relation to commercial agreements and investment projects. Responsible for contract reviewing, drafting, and negotiation. Manage and regularly update contract templates. Contribute to regional compliance under company law and telecom regulations for regional offices in Asia Pacific. Research local regulatory and other legal requirements. Document internal procedures. Provide ongoing advice and periodic training to business teams. Occasional travel is required. Job Requirements Hong Kong or Singapore admitted lawyer with at least 4+ years' PQE corporate law experience. Experience in the telecom industry and/or M&A/Investment projects is preferred. Ability to draft legal documents in both English and Chinese. General legal knowledge in other common law jurisdictions will be an advantage. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
