This role will see you be responsible for the care and maintenance of the estate grounds and related infrastructure. Undertake landscape and grounds renovation works as required. Operate a range of tools, plant and equipment including mowers, edgers, whipper snippers, chainsaws etc. Maintain pools and surrounds with regards to cleanliness and chemical requirements. Liaise with external contractors to repair or replace equipment that requires the skill of qualified tradespersons. Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors. Promptly attend to or report items/issues requiring attention and respond to general emergencies as required. About you: Experience in a grounds and maintenance role at Retirement Living is desirable. Skilled in operating and servicing a wide variety of machinery and equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team environment. MR license is desirable.
